Cancellation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required for all color appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• I do not offer refunds on services. However, if there is something you are unhappy with, please reach out to me within a reasonable timeframe, and I will gladly work with you to make any necessary adjustments.
